Design capabilities

I'm interested in the directory product, but I'm wondering if it allows you to change the layout of the theme or alter theme colors once you have it installed? I need to be able to do those things myself rather than hiring someone. I already have my logo and graphics ready to go.

There are some aspects which can be changed via settings in the Vantage admin dashboard such as colour or updating the logo to your own. However for anything outside of default settings, it would require customization on your part. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are certainly free to make modifications to it as you wish. Thanks.

Refund policy?

Thanks for the reply. Since I already wasted $140 on horrid software that turned out to be a bad imitation of this one, what is your return policy if I don't like it?

Due to the digital nature of our products we don't offer refunds, as there's simply no way to "return" products once they are digitally delivered. Thanks.
