    Thanks for the speedy response! Perhaps I didn't ask the question correctly-- I know that users (employers) can post jobs. Can job seekers create a profile that stores their info, so that employers can search and find potential employees? Sorry if I didn't clarify...

    Also, will I have access to the entire database of registered users so I can send out email marketing?

    Job seekers cannot yet create profiles in the current bersion though it is planned for implementation in the future releases.

    Being a wordpress theme yes you can have the entire database of your registered users.
