    Does the theme Vantage takes Geolocation of the user (by using IP recognition)?

    This is not specifically built into the theme, however you may like to check out geo-related plugins in the AppThemes Marketplace, GeoReg and Contact Stats which may offer some of what you're looking for. Thanks.
