As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Any Update for Geolocation
Hello.

I like to ask if you get any info of the dev team of jobroller if they going to fix the geolocation and search

It looks now even in the beta version it does not work

So of course if the main theme does not work your child does not as well

The whole theme is completley useless at the moment as the Search does not work

So is there any update from you?
