HireBee - multisite + ability to see the winning bid & competing bids

In addition to the credit system (which is great!), I am thinking of creating a plan that allows freelancers to share a percentage of the sale as a payment. If I do that, however, I would need to be able to tell if a deal has been reached between the employer and the freelancer- and with that information, I could then charge the freelancer a percentage. Here are my questions:

QUESTION #1:
Does this theme work with WordPress multisite installs?

QUESTION #2:
Does the admin (or SuperAdmin) have the ability to see if, when, and for how much a deal has been made between an employer and a freelancer? In other words, is the site admin able to pull up a list of the day's accepted/winning proposals?

QUESTION #3:
If a freelancer logs in and makes an offer/bid on a project, is he/she able to see the other competing bids? (I know its a simple question, but I need to make sure...)

1) Yes

2) There is no specific feature for this kind of reporting at this time.

3) Yes they can see other proposals
