I wanted to buy a classipress theme but I am bit worried on how can I upload this theme to WordPress. WP seems would not allow this to be uploaded since I did not see any upload option in Appearance>Themes.
Please clarify before I could purchase the theme. Thank you.
If you are using a self-hosted Wordpress, you can find in the Appearance>Themes>>Install Themes tab. You may also do it using an FTP application or through your host's cpanel file manager.

I am not hosting a Wordpress. My blog is from Wordpress.com itself and they don't have a INSTALL THEMES tab. What should I do? Thanks.
The theme is only for self hosted Wordpress. You may may check http://wordpress.org/ on how to have a self hosted WP.
