Job Roller as a Plugin

Is there any way to have the job roller functionality as a plugin as opposed to a widget?

I have a client who wants the functionality on their site but wants to keep their current look and feel, so using Job Roller as a theme isn't an option.

JobRoller is designed as a stand-alone theme, so we do not have any option for this as a plugin. If your client isn't wanting to replace their existing homepage, you could consider restyling the theme to match the current theme and installing it in a subdirectory:

e.g.
yourdomain.com <== Your existing homepage
yourdomain.com/jobs <== Your JobRoller installation
