Local directory settings

Hello. A couple quick questions before I purchase:

1. I would like to create a local directory for Leesburg, VA (20175). Is it possible to set the map for this city or other small cities?

2. My local directory is going to be exclusive listings. Can I prevent the public from adding their own businesses?

Vantage uses Google maps integration, so it's not specifically going to allow you to restrict searching/entering other locations from the map altogether. As part of the theme setup though, you do configure geo settings based on your location. Yes you can disable registration, preventing others from creating listings. Thanks.
