    Manual Payment Processing

    I am deciding whether or not to purchase jobroller,
    But I want to know if Jobroller can handle manual payments.
    So that users will receive an email or will be redirected to a page with payment instructions.

    There was another thread already but it's blocked for non-customers, so I couldn't find my answer there.

    Currently no, there is no manual payment option available in JobRoller. There are plans for additional payment gateways in a future release of the theme (no confirmed details yet though), but for the moment there is only PayPal. Any others at this stage would involve customization on your part.
