in membership feature its a way to limit the numbers of ads that users can post? (sorry for my english)

The membership pack feature is currently designed for unlimited ads for a specific period of time/cost, not a specific number of ads.

No, that's what I have clarified. You cannot set a specific/limited number of ads with the membership pack.. Just a fixed price for a certain duration of unlimited ads.

Is is possible to modify this somehow to create it to be able to limit the number of adds to list.

Basically what I am after would be say a 1 add allowed per a set time limit ie: 6 months, 1 year, with the ability of an additional add being able to purchase maybe a a discounted price ?

Is that possible, if not how much custom work would it require ?
When purchased do you get access to all the files to modify them ?

Our themes are not encrypted, so yes you are free to customize the files as you wish. How easy it would be, or how much work it would require to make such changes is ultimately dependant on your level of coding knowledge..
