No upgrades? Really?

Is it true that Vantage does not let listing clients upgrade to different account levels? This cannot be the case.

Not even a way to manually switch plans in back end?

Upselling is an essential element of a directory!

Please tell me it's not true, or at least that it'll be fixed asap!

There aren't different user account levels available, but yes users can upgrade their actual listings (i.e. feature the listing on the homepage or categories), with surcharges also available for adding listings to other categories if you wish. Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for the clarificaction. What i meand by upgrade, however, is switch up from one listing package to another. I had heard there was a problem with this.

Aside from the option to upgrade the listing as mentioned, you are correct that currently the plan itself cannot be changed while the listing is still active. This is not a bug, it is how the feature is designed to work at present. I understand our development team are making considerations relating to this for a future release of the theme, and of note, a member of our community has shared a mod for allowing this for those who are comfortable with changing the code themselves.
