    Will or can Jobroller support Paypal Pro integration so i can have recurring payments?

    No paypal pro integration yet perhaps on the succeeding version releases if the users are requesting for it.

    Yes you can hire the services of an experienced programmer to implement it for you. The theme is not encrypted and so it can be modified according to your requirements.
