removing the light box feature from clipper 1.5.1

I am planning to purchase clipper 1.5.1, but I would like to revert back the light box effect feature, back to the default one which is used in earlier versions of clipper.

Is there any way we could disable this "functionality" ?

following will be the problems faced -
1. require extra user clicks, that is, doesnt open the affiliate link directly. 2. creates extra time for the user to wait for the pop up menu to open up and all.

There is no setting to disable this, but we can provide an earlier version of the theme if required. Thanks.

is there a way to change the settings using code which would be similar to an earlier version of clipper?

Technically there would be, however we do not officially support customizations so there are no available tutorials or official support instructions relating to this. Thanks.
