Hello, does clipper allow the sale of coupon postings? In other words does it function similarly to your jobs/classified apps?

I think I figured this out.

If I figured this out right, people can't just post coupons. The submit them, then I'm guessing it becomes a draft coupon?? So, You could charge businesses through another means then post their coupons right?

Yes, people can post/submit coupons to a Clipper site (and you can choose whether or not to moderate them before they are published), but the theme itself does not include any payment gateways so you cannot charge people to post those coupons. Currently the theme is primarily designed to make money via affiliate sales/links.
