    Tried this coupon but says its locked out - whats the deal

    Hey there - i went to use this coupon --> CPNEWCUSTDEV -- but it says it's been locked, what does that mean exactly?
    I've seen this same coupon on alot of sites so figured it was legit. If this one doesn't work then which coupon does?
