Use classipress theme for micro jobs site such as 7freelance.com

I need the following clarifications:
1) I need the word classifieds removed from the home page: eg: Classified Ads / Just Listed
Can the theme be easily edited for this correction?
2) Will there be reference to your theme at the bottom of home page, meaning powered by classipress theme
3) Can the header file be edited easily to make the site unique
Sorry for the basic questions, I am not a designer.
I plan to outsource this work if I buy this theme.

1. Yes you can remove those as the codes are not encrypted and so you can modify it the way you want it.

2. Yes you can remove the credit links.

3. There is an option in the admin to change the header image.
