I just bought Easyestatemanager and have the remorse after seeing this wp theme in action.
I have a few questions if anyone would be kind enough to answer.

I plan on buying this and customizing it as a real estate classifieds.
Would it be possible to create a custom post template ?

so instead of users just seeing

Description # (followed by a blank box to type) when posting

they would see

Description # ( Details:

Features:

Other Info: )


Also, would it be possible to set-up different packages. Like:

Free 5 day listing- 5days- not featured- only 5 photos £0.00
Premium Listing - 120 days - featured on homepage - 10 photos +more @ £100
Ultimate listing - 1year- Featured- more photos - videos- documents etc. @ £217

Yes you have the option to add more custom fields the admin settings.

Currently, Classipress has three pricing model; The Fixed Price Per Ad, Price Per Category and Percentage of the Seller's Ad Price. You can also set a price for the featured ads though in "fixed price for all" model.
