I need to add the profiler plugin to specific plan of members

Hi
I need to add the PROFILER plugin to specific membership platform , for example , the basic memberships that is free don't access to the PROFILRE , but the premium membership could have access to this plugin on their platform , I don't want every member could have access to this plugin .
please let me know how to fix it . there is a picture attached that shows what do i need to do .
