3.1.2 update problems - help

This is the situation.
Upgrade from version 3.0.5.3 to version 3.1.2
and I have some problems NEED HELP!!
had managed to customize the header. I had an image in the top bar
an image in half and another image will the menu bar and a general background image.
In the middle image of the head no problem. Just replace the previous one except that I did.
Not so ... with the rest of the images. From version 3.0.5.3 style.css pass the script to the style.css glue them in place and load the images to the images ... but not shown. I experiment and again revised and edited by comparing what the style.css of the previous version and I see this all the same. It does not work.
Also the index number 123 in the bottom of the homepage does not work, go to the next page to show more ads.
The script of the icons of the categories are partial.
these scripts were glued together without any modification. And the images of the icons loaded the images folder. But do not function fully.
This also was reviewed carefully. And I can not understand why they do not work completely.
Ask for help if someone just happened and what was the solution.
