Activate user registration in multisite install

Hello,

I've searched the forums, and found no answer to my problem. I have a multisite install, with user registration deactivated. But now, I've created a new subsite with ClassiPress, and I have to activate user registration, so the users can post their ads on their own.

Anybody knows how can I activate user registration only in this new subsite?
