    Add-new page is missing after update to 3.18

    Hi,

    I have updated to 3.18 from 3.04, problems with the permanent links,
    I believed that is related to structure changed from different versions.
    The Add-New page from the button in the front page has returned "page does not exist".

    Where should I look in to ?
