    Allowing only Parent Categories show in dropdown menu.

    I am adding all U.S. states and counties to my website. This means I have 50 parent categories, and thousands of subcategories, and even more below that.

    My question is how do I have only the Parent categories display via the dropdown Category menu, as I don't wish to cover the entire browser with all the subcategories?

    I am using the Directory Style theme of Classipress. Thanks a lot in advance for any tips and tricks!
