    Back End Access Disabled does not work on CP 4.1.2

    With the back-end access disabled, a user can still access the wp-admin back-end area.

    A solution for know is to set access to Admin Only - that fixed the issue.

    CP 4.1.2 WP 5.0.2 PHP 7.2.13
