    Can't find featured ads option

    I don't see anywhere in the Settings the option to turn on/off featured ads, I'm using latest 3.1.3 and at the moment I don't have featured ads at all (I selected several ads to be Featured, but they are not showing).
    Any help would be much appriciated!
