Changing e-mail information

I need some help here, please. All automated e-mail info sent to users and to admin, e.g. New Ad, Prune Ads, Ad Approved etc, has information that I'd like to customize, including the signature (which at the moment says ClassiPress). I've looked everywhere in the settings, but can't find it. Is the only way through MySQL? Or is there an easier way to do this. Appreciate your help.
