classipress 3.1.2 theme upload problem

I download the theme in its normal zip format. I unzip the file only to find the next folder not in a zip format.
As you no the theme comes in 2 folder the fierst folder classipress-3.1.2 and second folder classipress-312 which is not in a zip format. I have try to zip the file in just one folder but there is like a code or something because it take me back to the original state.

Any idea?
