ERROR: Warning: Cannot modify header information
I've turned off all plugins, and re-updated to 3.1.4 Have this issue:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /XXXX/XXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/tpl-add-new.php:2) in /XXXX/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/tpl-add-new.php on line 39

It is only on the post new ad page that I know of so far. No adds are allowed to post because of this error. Please, any help would be appreciated.
