Classipress - Categories Missing (new install - not an upgrade)

Hi,

After installing a fresh copy of ClassiPress 3.0.5.3 I have added a few categories though after doing so none of them are appearing on the site. They don't even show up when I go to submit a new classifieds.

The categories are just showing as being non-existent via the front end portal though within the WP admin console I can see all of them without any issue.

Any assistance or ideas much appreciated.
