The coupons in classipress would not deduct the % or $ from the final total

Hi need some help,
The coupons in classipress would not deduct the % or $ from the final total,
I set the coupon at $10.00 discount and my price is $40.00 but after I used the coupon instead of it saying $30.00 it keeps returning $0.00 and when I do it with the % its doing the same,
I want the coupons to generated the discounts so I can give out different coupons to other people,

Still not working for me
