CP 3.4.5 - Cant Logout & some bug reports

Hi there,

I update 3.1.4 -> 3.1.5 with the patch.

So now i cant disconnect (on left corner & wp-admin) may you have some issues?

Other thing, when i'm not connect (with another navigator i use facebook connect. It's work but :

- 1) it's redirect me to "dashboard", but i change the name of this page, each time i have a 404 (new dashbord page is well setting), i solved that by htacess (Redirect /dashboard http://www.website.com/my-new-dashboard-page/)
- 2) When we log with facebook, maybe we can redirect to "Step 1 - Form" or "Profil page"? Maybe i must change some url in fb app?
- 3) Upgrade was succesfully, it's better if you desactivate all plugin, maybe autoupgrade in CP3.2? like wootheme & cie?

- 4) Since 3.1.4, i inverse "Map/Contact/Profil" tab (on right-sidebar) to "/Contact/Map/Profil" , the map display partially (1/4 of div) maybe you have an idea why???
