    cp_city gray can not change to dropdown

    Hi.
    I've 3.0.5.3

    I try to change the City field (cp_city) to a dropdown option, to add a city list, but it's gray out and I can't change it.

    btw: when I create a new custom field - and try to change from "text" field type to dropdown, it's gray and I can't change it.

    Anyone knows how to fix this?
