    Custom field value in URL

    I'm wanting to change the Ad Listing Base URL to cp-city value for an advert post.

    For example:

    http://www.mydomain.com/ads/wooden-clarinet/

    becomes:

    http://www.mydomain.com/New-York/wooden-clarinet/
    http://www.mydomain.com/London/wooden-clarinet/

    This would make more sense to have the advert customfield of location
    in the post for google.

    Does anyone know how this can be done? Willing to pay for your time.
