    echeque payments not clearing but ads still go live

    If someone makes a payment using PayPal with an echeque, their advert automatically goes live (same as normal paypal payments).

    The eCheque can be declined down the line, today for example I had one declined which was made 2 weeks ago. This means someone has essentially been able to list for free for 2 weeks.

    Is there a way around this?
