Email "New Ad Posted" is sent before Paypal-Payment is confirmed

Hi,

we are using ClassiPress 3.3 on WP 3.9.2 and after implementing the Paypal Payment with a Sandbox our programmer recognized the following:

The email to the admin, which informs that a new ad is posted, is sent to the admin during the redirection to the Paypal Site.

So what happens if a client cancels the payment via Paypal?
The admin allready has received an Email about a new post, allthough there is no new ad posted.

Is there a possibility to change this email-sending-process, so that this email is sent AFTER the Paypal Payment ist cornfirmed (= the ad ist activated by Classipress)?
