    Function Error when upgrading to 3.1.7

    I upgraded to latest version, here's what I get when I view my site:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function scb_register_table() in /home/p0l1t1ks/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/functions.php on line 31

    any ideas?
