Having a "T_STRING" error message after editing theme.emails.php. Photos attached.

After editing some of the email text (just simple stuff) I get the message;

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/86/6578286/html/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-emails.php on line 96

I have checked and checked line 96 for a missing ";" or similar issue but can't find any.

I have attached a screen shot of both the error message and the line of code it relates to.

I hope someone can help on this.
