How do I apply a plug in on my site?

I have found a plug in that should put a catagory in alphabetical order instead of the most recent posted at http://wpguy.com/plugins/category-order/ and also at http://www.mikesmullin.com/?p=18/. I have both plug ins installed and they are both at plug in, installed plug in and they are both activated.

I would like to put my Local Business Directory catagory in alphabetical order at http://www.onlinesiouxfalls.com/ad-c...ess-directory/.

How do I apply the plug ins that I have so the Local Business Directory will be in alphabetical order?
