    How to change "Ad Categories" to "Business Categories"

    Please help !!!
    I NEED TWO CHANGES!!

    1. I need to change "Ad Categories" to "Business Categories"
    2. I need to change "Post an Ad" to "Submit Business"

    I already tried changing in the Main Index Template (index.php)
    but its empty and says
    <?php

    /**
    * this file has intentionally been left blank
    * to prevent directory browsing
    *
    */

    I also tried changing in the theme-widgets.php
    no luck.
