Questions Re: Placing an ad, using a coupon, and PayPal payment.

Hi,

I've recently installed ClassiPress (v3.1.6) and WordPress (v3.3.1) and have a couple of issues.

I'm currently allowing users to post adds for free, and charging a nominal amount for a featured listing. I also have a coupon enabled allowing users who enter the code to avoid paying the featured ad fee, receiving a featured ad for free.
When creating a test ad (I'm doing this in PayPal sandbox mode) the user is not presented with the option to enter their coupon.
Also, with a payment method of PayPal selected, when reviewing the ad submission, the user is not given the option to log into their PayPal account and send payment, they are just presented with the "Listing has been submitted for review" page.
Should I be expecting this behaviour? Are there any options in the preferences that I've missed?
