    Language problem

    hello guys
    as I'm starting my new project i need translated classipress in Croatian !
    i translated it about 80% and I wanna test it before i send it for shareing !
    but the problem is that it dose not show on my site Croatian only Englis
    I tray every tutorial and still dose not working
    Classipress version 3.1.9
    piccky . net
    i allredy search forum and still nothing i even post on some threats and no one answer !
    i need this as soon as posible
