Link next blog page not working

Hello,

I'm creating a site, and it's almost ready. There are only some problems I face at the last stage.

The links at the bottom of the Blog page (to the next blog page are not working). The URL at the top changes but I don't see the posts that are on the next page. Does anyone got an idea how to solve this?

The second "problem" is registration. I use the register plus plugin to add some extra features to registration. I also want to add a confirmation link in subscription. When I check this option at Register Plus' options panel, the confirmation link isn't showing up in the mail send to the subscribers. Anyone a solution for this?
