    Login problem

    I've checked other posts and cannot find the same problem, which is: about 3 or 4 registered users cannot login with their username and password. I noticed this when seeing requests for new password happening 3 or 4 times with some users.
    I have contacted 2 of them and even changed their password manually but they still cannot login. I can on my pc and I have also tried two other office pcs with different browsers, ie. IE, Firefox and Opera but I can still login using their details.

    My first thought was to clear out the cache and restart the browser but this does not seem to work for them - completely stumped on this one, has anyone got any ideas what is wrong?
