Lost theme setting after upload to live server

I uploaded cp from my wamp server to live server today, and have lost all settings that I had made locally in the CP dashboard, including general settings, pricing, packages, coupons, etc. In addition, I had installed a few plugins such as websimon (for pricing table) and gravity forms (for my contact page), and both of those also lost their settings. I shudder at the thought of having to re-do all of that work. Someone please tell me that there is an easier way.
