    New Patch Error

    After installing my files through filezilla for the new patch 3.1.5 i am getting this errorr
    Code:
    Warning: require_once(/hermes/bosweb26a/b1752/ipg.shopcenterca/wp-content/themes/classipress-314/framework/admin/updater.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/bosweb26a/b1752/ipg.shopcenterca/wp-content/themes/classipress-314/functions.php on line 24

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/hermes/bosweb26a/b1752/ipg.shopcenterca/wp-content/themes/classipress-314/framework/admin/updater.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.17/lib/php') in /hermes/bosweb26a/b1752/ipg.shopcenterca/wp-content/themes/classipress-314/functions.php on line 24
    i had to go and reupload the older functions.php file from the 3.1.4 in order to get to my admin panel .. please see if someone is having the same issue
