    New Users Not Receiving Welcome Email

    We have received word that users are not receiving a welcome email after creating an account at our site cellswapper.ca. We have no idea of who this is working for and not working for. This is really troubling because our site could be suffering because of this and we would never know.

    We as the administrators receive the notification of a new user but they don't receive their email with their password. I just tested this issue and it is true. What could be the cause of this?
