No h1 tag home page

After a seo chek it seems like there is nog h1 titel on the home page.

Nouw there is this text box in the settings of classipress : Home Page message.

this is the my text in there :

Can i justed change the <h2 to <h1 and change the </h2> to </h1>

Zo the text would be this
