    Hello,
    There is two Password field box that show in my site.

    Reset Page: http://yellowiloilo.com/password-reset-2/

    Please see the attached files.

    My site is YellowILOILO.com.
    The version of my ClassiPress is 3.4
    I disabled ALL the plugins when I discovered the problem.
