PayPal HUGE problem!

My site
www.intershowpets.dk works perfect, how ever there is a huge problem witch must be debugged fast!
The problem is in the Gateway.
When a costumer checks out with Paypal it works fine.. IF they press "submit your app at intershowpets" just after they have payed in paypal.
So the problem is, if they do not click on that button and get redirected to intershowpets.dk they PAY, but they DON'T get there add online... :O There is already several angry people and i can't control this failure manual.
Is there anyway to solve this problem quick?
