Paypal redirect after posting ad now working

Hi, I am having problems with paypal not showing up in the transaction phase after someone places an ad which costs a small amount.

They get advised to go back to their dashboard after the posting where they can then click the paypal icon to pay. Normally they would get redirected to paypal immediately after finishing placing the ad (not sure why it's not working). What's going on?

p.s. I am using an older theme but I cannot upgrade at present because I have undergone many edits/customisations to the theme. I need a fix for this in the current theme please.
