    permarlinks friendly with Unicode font ( Vietnamese language)

    Hello,
    My site is http://muabanthuenha.com/ .
    How to have permarlinks friendly automaticaly that the same : http://muabanthuenha.com/ads/cho-thu...lla-xinh-xinh/ .
    This is default permarlink: http://muabanthuenha.com/ads/c%E1%BA...E1%BA%A5n-ghi/ , you can see it at image mbtn.jpg .
    I have tried with plugin Vietnamese Permalink , It is OK with permarlinks friendly but all widgets of Classipress don't work after active the plugin.
    Please help me how to have permarlinks friendly with Vietnamese language and Classipress .
